If you want deeper customizations you should do it yourself through the code or if you are not aware of the steps which are needed to take in this case, please consider hiring a freelancer/developer to help you because we cannot provide custom work at the moment, sorry!

Unfortunately there is no setting to add more socials in the plugin. Those are all the available ones. You could use a different social counter plugin that has more options, or maybe counter statistics.
Unfortunately, I do not know how to make the right changes in theme file, but if you want to try you need to start with this files:
