How can I add more than one inner row to a row so that I can create a more complex arrangement?

Add a row, and in that space of that row, add multiple inner row elements.

Sorry for not being clearer, I meant to ask if I can have an inner-inner row. (ie: an inner row inside of an inner row inside of the top level row). As far as I can see, I can’t put an inner row inside of an inner row.

Unfortunately, you can not have an inner-inner row. What exactly do you need to achieve? So, maybe you can build it another way.
