The Most Popular – 7 Days option just doesn’t work very well. It will randomly show older posts in the Most Popular blocks, even though their total numbers of views are low and no one has visited the post in years.
We are looking to try the “Popular (jetpack + stats module required)” option but can’t seem to get any posts to display when applied in the block filter. Jetpack has been active on the site for a week and is definitely tracking post visits under Site Stats. Can you tell me if the “stats module” has some special place to be activated separately, or maybe it’s only part of their Premium program? Would appreciate any additional direction so that we can make this work.

I don’t understand why you would need cPanel credentials. They are hard to give out since we’re on shared hosting. Will send over admin and the link. I really just want to know how to make the (jetpack + stats module required) work. Thanks!
