SINCE THE LAST UPDATE, all my articles (more than 800) are now like /blog/nameofthearticle.fr instead of /nameofthearticle.fr before
All my SEO that i have been building for years is going away. Please help ASAP

Check your permalink settings — the theme doesn’t change that.
