Hallo,
in footer there is the Recent articles widget placed in the second coloumn.
I have been asked to have The most viewed articles of the day widget instead.
I don’t think to have found a solution to satisfy this request; maybe I am wrong.
Please any idea or advice?

Hi,
I have checked you site and you use there a wp widget popular posts, unfortunately you cannot customize it using the theme’s code(it is not a theme widget).
Also here you can find the filter options for theme’s blocks/widgets if you want to modify them or add a custom one – http://screencast.com/t/sBgyEXyFw1O
