For some reason the theme does let you use the scroll button on the mouse to scroll down on Firefox. It seems to work fine on Chrome however.

Wait for it to fully load, then try using the scroll wheel on your mouse to scroll down. It does not scroll down very much, not compared when the article is shown on Google Chrome.
Is that how its meant to work?

Disable untested plugins and try again.
Better yet, disable all plugins except visual composer, clear cache and reset cdn files.

What are “CDN files”?
If you do not use a cdn, then you have nothing to reset… Simply disable the plugins and clear cache. then check your post in firefox again. Also if you have custom js modification, restore them to the theme defaults.
