I see in the administration have mouseover effect into the link (as the attached picture). I want when i move the mouse in the outside link, it still displays as above. Can Newspaper 7.5 interface meet the demand of that or what should i do. thanks

I’m not sure what link and what hover effect you are referring to. I cannot tell from that image. Please provide more details
