You should use the Article Bottom Ad because this feature will display the Ad under the post content, like this -> https://www.screencast.com/t/7YW8q8MaO I guess that you have some customizations at your website and I do not know about these. Also, you should edit the theme core file corresponding to post template used by you. If you need more assistance in this regard and if you are not aware of the steps which are needed to take in this regard, please consider hiring a freelancer/developer to help you because we cannot provide custom work at the moment, sorry!

Even I use the the Article Bottom Ad the facebook commend plugin is always before the ads. How can I edit the template to make sure the facebook plugin is displayed after the adds. I will really appreciate your help.

You should edit the theme core file and place the code after it. For example, if you are using the post template default and if you want to display your FB plugin after the article bottom ad you should edit the loop-single.php file and place here -> https://www.screencast.com/t/VBCaq4NlX
