I want to move my comment section to before comments how should i do this?

Hello Mosamlife,
Unfortunately, our theme does not have a simple option to achieve as you wish and this requires to make some customizations in order to obtain as you want. Please notice that is not a simple task and you have to alter the code from comments.php core file, like this -> http://screencast.com/t/wGXTNZD8j0 If you are not aware the steps in this regard, please consider hiring a freelancer/developer to do this for you because we cannot provide custom services at the moment, sorry!
