Move Comment form on top of comments

Hi! I would like to move the comment form above the comments like this
I already tried but then the form is visible only for already published articles and not for new ones. If you can tell me what I have to modify, I’ll appreciate this. Thanks!

Hello,
If you want to move the comments form above the comments, then you have to edit this file like so:

It will require a few css modifications as it will lose it;s style if you move it outside of the theme containers though.

Thanks for your reply.
In this way it seems that comment form is only visible for articles that already had comments, in other articles it disappears.
P.S.: I copied the file comments.php in the root of child theme.

I tried to do like planetcappe, but the comment form is only visible if there are already some comments, now.

I do not exactly understand your request, sorry! Please be more specific! The comments section will appear only if the will exist some comments.

Of course, but comment-form disappears if there isn’t at least one comment, after moving comments on top.

0 comment = no comment-form for editing new post;
1 comment = comment-form appears;
more comments = comment-form appears.

I don’t know whether I have explained myself well. I hope I do.
