My client wants to move where the comments block displays to directly underneath the end of the article, above tags and social media, as pointed out in this image: https://www.dropbox.com/s/0djyu6d31j411h9/commentsblock.png?dl=0
I believe that I need to edit the page.php template, but I want to make certain I won’t break anything.
Would you let me know what I need to do to make this happen? Thanks!

If you make changes in theme files, and those can not be set in child theme, all those changes will be lose after theme update.The best way will be to use a single post template from tagDiv Cloud Library those templates can be edit with tagDiv Composer, and you can set the comment any were in the post.
