The H1 on the home page is in the header. Is it possible to move it?

Do you want to change the H1 from the logo? Notice that the theme does not have any such an option for it and if you want to make this change you should edit the theme core files. Notice that we added the h1 on logos where there is no h1 on the page. SEO requires an h1 tag.
If you want to remove it, you will have to either use the page builder + page title template where the h1 is shown in the page content, and the logo does not get an H1 tag anymore or by editing the theme files and removing the h1 tag from the theme code: https://www.screencast.com/t/9uXujjSj

Yes. I want to move the H1 from the logo, because in this case it is not best seo practise.

You should not delete the entire core file. You have to just edit and change the H1 tag.
