And use on the lice site, but it want let me annasign it.

Please do not share your privet license on this forum!
I just checked the license key and this is sued on more the 2 website (staging and live) so you must wait a period of time until you can unassign it and assign to a different site.

Maybe you can help. I have created several sites with your theme, and one thing that keeps randomly happening is the ROW background images will stop showing. All of them. So for example i will use a background image behind the title at the top of every page so when this happens I need to go in and re add them all which takes a long time. It happens with all the sites built on this theme.
When I go in to re add it, it says REMOVE which means its still present, but it just presents as a white screen with nothing.

If the problem is still there, then the issue could be from a plugin conflict or a cache issue. Make a test and deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using a cache plugin, deactivate it, clear all cache from your browser and try again.
