Moved blog, now Primary Category is wrong on over 1000 posts

Good morning,

I need a SQL script to reset all my post’s primary categories to default/automatic.

I moved my blog from one server to another and somehow the Primary Category setting on hundreds of posts got scrambled.

Since I don’t have time right now to edit seven years of posts I’m hoping you can help me with a short sql script or search and replace phrase I could use to reset all Post primary categories to the deafult/automatic.
