How can I move blog that plays the role of default wordpress homepage to be above blocks I created on the homepage instead of the blog to be under all blocks as it is by default.

Hi,
unfortunately the “blog” section cannot be moved on top of the blocks and grids. The theme has no such options. If you want to move the loop on top of the file, you must edit the page template: http://screencast.com/t/iGGY7EdsavfN It will require coding knowledge though.
