I installed NewsMag onto a web domain that I no longer wish to build. I have now decided that I want to use this theme and my licence on another domain. I wish to deactivate the theme on the old site and start again. (I do not wish to migrate my website as they are completely different sites)
What is the best way to do this?

Normally, the Envato policy allows using a theme only on one install. You can, however, use the theme on a sub-domain if you plan on creating a testing site, but if we are talking about totally different sites with different content, then only one theme per install is legally allowed. In your case, you can use the theme license without any problems.

Okay, thanks. We’ll keep the theme on the website we are no longer developing and buy another licence.
It would be good if you were able to move the licence around so long as it was with the same owner? Don’t know if this is something you would consider developing?

Please notice that the license allows you to make one theme install. If the theme will be moved to another website and the old site will be removed you can try using the same license. So, if you want to create totally another website you should purchase another license.
