I doubt there is, But it contains elements that can be found inside the td composer plugin when editing pages.

Hello,
There is no documentation for the elements as there is no documentation on the old elements as well. It is a front-end builder, meaning you can see exactly what an element does if you simply apply it to your page. In order to understand how the composer works, please check this guide that will provide some insight:
