That would be done with a translation plugin. You could make tests with some translation plugins. Try free ones like qTranslate that should work. WPML is also compatible with the theme.
A language switcher provided by most translation plugins will allow users to switch the language resulting in switching the pages. They will still be normal pages, so editing them would not be a problem.

@geor_ro If the translation plugin has an option to translate menus that is possible. For example with WPML – https://wpml.org/documentation/getting-started-guide/translating-menus/
This plugin has an option to translate the menu, so when the language is switched a different menu will be displayed. You could check in the documentation of the plugin you are using for translation.
