Is it possible to create multiple ecommerce pages?
If yes, could you please give me a walk through or example on how to create multiple ecommerce pages.

The eCommerce pages are created using the woocommerce plugin. Please check the woocommerce plugin documentation to see exactly what features the plugin provides. Our theme does not have any ecommerce options without the woocommerce plugin: https://docs.woocommerce.com/documentation/plugins/woocommerce/
