People upload pretty big pictures over there where are faces on, but faces are top of the image and at frontpage it will be cut. Then there is half face left. Can I set somehow it will start rezising picture from the top not to the center? Atleast face will be seen at big thumbnail 🙂

That is exactly how the theme cropping system works. The theme uses a center-top cropping

This is considered to be the best system to be used, in general terms. There is no perfect solution, it also depends on the image format used

Each module uses a different thumbnail size, so results can be affected by this as well. It is all about finding the right module for the right images.
