Please I have been battling with the ADs section in the theme panel, after making changes in the ADs section, I can not save. It keeps loading and loading without updating.
Please what could be the cause?
I have flushed, purged, cleared all cookies…. nothing happened.

First of all, please ensure that you have correctly set it the system status parameters, according to our documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/ Also, please check your console and see if you have some js errors through it. Also, if the problem persists, please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com with your log-in information (wp-admin) so we can further inspect the setup page. what if the site is on shared server and you cannot change php.ini??
I had the same issue, but when I followed the documentation and tried to change wp-config and htaccess file then website gone in 500 internal server error.
Btw if you have installed wordfence security plugin then keep it on learning mode or turn it off. This is blocking all XSS request theme panel is creating.

Unfortunately, the Wordfence plugin is not working with our theme because it creates conflict with the theme and cause a lot of unknown issues. Also, if you do not have access to your system status file, please contact your hosting provider and then try to increase these parameters.
