My Drop Down Category Not Working

Hello,
My drop-down Category is not working, I click on the drop-down it will load for hours and crash.
Please kindly advice me how to fix it or you fix it yourself.

Hi,

Make sure that the link set for that category from menu exist, also this could be a plugin conflict so please try to disable all plugins before attempting to install the theme plugins. Most likely there is a plugin causing the conflict.
