My Image Thumbnail Lost

Hi Support Team

I just saw my website client had trouble about the post thumbnail lost, i already check the media gallery from ftp its still there. The site is portalasean.com

Hi

We updated the theme and included the latest version of Visual Composer, V 4.11.2, which is testes and works fine with WordPress. Also we fixed the jQuery conflict so try to update the theme and the VC plugin following our documentation: https://forum.tagdiv.com/newsmag-how-to-update-the-theme/ – https://forum.tagdiv.com/newsmag-how-to-update-visual-composer-plugin/ clear all caches and test again.

i already delete the old plugin and download again from envato newsmag. after i’ve uploaded the plugin the thumbnail still not appear. you could check my site again Andrei http://www.portalasean.com

@yudhieq you’re still using an older version of the theme. Make sure you update the theme at V 2.3.6 clear all caches and test again: http://screencast.com/t/ZA2XssrOss


@kanada please provide your site url so I can have a closer look at this issue.
