I just bought the theme and I can’t activate it on my website. Can I please get help?

I should clarify, I mean by activation code sent by themeforest to register my theme is not working. My API is correct and my username, but the code gives me “Invalid code”

Please send your code along with your wp-admin login details via email at contact@tagdiv.com so we can also check and see this error.
