Please make sure that you set the category in the menu that you have selected, also not that you need to have posts added in that category.
Also if there is still a problem, please provide some screenshots with the settings you’ve made.

As I can see in our screenshot the mega menu is not displaying right, this it should look like this -> https://i.imgur.com/fawv6jH.png not like this -> https://i.imgur.com/huLxLLd.png make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv plugins, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.
Please note that a cloud footer can not be edited from backend, only from frontend, using tagDiv Composer, for example, you can edit the homepage, click on edit with tagDiv Composer -> https://i.imgur.com/uweNRrc.jpg after that go down to the footer end edit it how you want (now you can customize the the whole web-page from fronted).
