My Old Theme still showing on Firefox and Mobile

Hi-

Just purchased the theme and set up nicely on a staging area of my website. Looks great in Chrome.

However, on Firefox and mobile devices it seems to be showing a responsive version of my old theme. I assume there’s a stray file still hanging around that I need to get rid of. Any thoughts on what that might be?

Hello !

That usually happens because of your browser or host cache. Please make sure to clear your browser cache ( CTRL + SHIFT + R ) when you are on your website.

Also please provide a link to your website so we can take a look.

I’ve cleared my cache both on my browser side and on my host side several times. You can see my site at https://staging1.midliferambler.com.

Hi,

Please make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict with untested plugins, please deactivate all non theme/tested plugins, also if you are using child theme, clear all cache and try again.
Also please check to see if you do not have some cache on your website or host, if you have, please clear the cache.
