When I am creating any page on this newspaper theme then it is not opening like about us page. And posts are running fine. Could you explain the reason?

Please provide an example of how you want it to display as i;m not sure how your about us page looks like. Any page can be edited and content can be added with visual composer.
Please provide a link to your site and an example of the about us page and a page that does not display as you want it to.

Usually when a 500 error is displayed the issue is on the server’s side. It could be a temporary issue so you can try again later or it could be a wrong configuration somewhere. I followed this above post you given. I have done with 1st part I) WP-Config settings but, I am not able to find the 2nd one. How to do that please explain.. I have also removed my all plugins and tested but, still showing the same. when I am creating new post, it is working fine but, when I am creating any pages, it is not opening..
So, please help!!

So you tried without plugins, and you increased the wp-config settings. For the other settings you need to have access to php.ini or the .htaccess file and add the values like this guide shows: https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/
