my password recovery does not working at all

Hello ,
I am having a new problem in my site called imhnews.com.Whenever I called a new password for my existing username ,this doesn’t working at all .I have no idea why is that ?
Can U please tell me is that my theme problem or it’s a problem belongs to the server ?

Depending on how email is setup on your system you might need to look at your error log; if you see authentication errors, it means php can’t send out email, and you need to use an SMTP plugin, to send email from a domain-based account (e.g., support@mysite.ooo).

Also with certain security plugins, check if there is a disable password recovery option, as some folks fully disable that feature (as we do here) for better security.
