Could you please provide some more details about the situation you have? I checked the posts, and this seems to be in rtl https://prnt.sc/CzRsmTbZICS-. Could you provide some screenshots of the problem?
because I remove the cloud template

The problem you have is related to the WPBakery, which is interfering with the cloud templates and is changing the rows to full width. So, in case you want to use cloud templates, you should disable the WPBakery plugin.
