To hide Comments in page source code you need to Minify your HTML Code.
To enable minify you can use CloudFlare or any plugin that allows you to minify HTML.

Hello,

You will have to search for a few only solutions for hardening wordpress against attacks. We do not know of any security flaws with our latest version of the theme so we cannot recommend anything from the theme side. For the WP side on the other hand there are quite a few things that can be done: https://codex.wordpress.org/Hardening_WordPress

I hope this helps.
Thank you!
