My Social Counter (Facebook and Youtube) still not working!

OK, this is getting really difficult.

Read all the tutorials and followed all the procedures. My current theme is version 6.6.5. Social counter V 3.1.

Emailed you, and you replied with screenshots and same tutorial link. Yes, I have now updated my social counter to version 3.1 and followed the steps on the tutorial. It’s still not working.

It will be nice to get some help.
