My social links are not working. Help please….

Hi,

I linked my FB page with my site http://www.telugupunch.com
I linked FB to fb.com/telugupunch.
However when I click on FB icon, it is going to the link telugupunch.com/fb.com/telugupunch instead of going to fb.com/telugupunch.
Could you please help?

Remember to put in the FULL url to Facebook with https://facebook.com/yourpage
