my theme footer color is not working. Text and popular category does not show

My theme footer show like this screenshot ( https://prnt.sc/luf4s6) when I log in my site but when I delete all cookies history then show like this screenshot ( https://prnt.sc/luf3mw) . How can I slove this issue?
