Please ensure that you are using the latest version of the theme which come bundled with the theme packet and if you are using some untested plugins, please try to disable all of them and install only the plugins that come bundled with the theme and rule out any conflicting plugins. If you have some additional customization through the theme please try to disable all of them, revert the theme to the default state and check the results. Also, you should regenerate your thumbnails using the Force Regenerate Plugin and Force Regenerate plugin.
