My unique images do not change size. And the link does not work on them.

Hello.

An example of two images that the link does not work. Imagnes you are on the right side on the Sidebar. This is in the home of the site. Example link: abar.org.br

Another case shows that the image does not fit in the size you select “medium”. This occurs everywhere on the site which is a unique image. Example link: http://abar.org.br/x-fiar/

If you are referring to these images from here -> https://www.screencast.com/t/T8k4YEBQFy I have noticed that you are using the Single Image element which required to add a height fix and that’s why your images are not full or resized displayed. You should use another way of adding your images from MCE editor using the Text Block and using the WordPress thumbnail when you add the image.
