Hi
I don’t know what happens but my web loads well in laptop and in Android but not in Iphones or Android (incognite mode). Could you please help as soon as possible?

They probably need to know which website you have, like the URL?

As you said in the other topic, you have activated the tagdiv mobile theme plugin, and maybe there is that mobile version.
Also, please provide the link to your website and some screenshots.
