My website is delaying to open and is displays in unset background color

Dear,
I have purchased the Newspaper theme, installed and it started to run perfectly only for few minutes.
Currently, it continues to load for sometimes, if it stops loading, it seems like it doesn’t finished to load for both desktop, tablets, and smartphones. I am asking the reasons. the domain is isokomagazine.com

Can you help me to better loading the website correctly?

Hello,

Have you checked for a plugin conflict? Please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones; also, if you are using a child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache, and try again.

You revoke it on website where it installed because I tried so many times on different domains to make sure it works, however it did not.

Have you checked for a plugin conflict,t as I said above? Also, please provide a video and screenshots about your issue that you have there to be able to understand it.
