A code in your frontend is appearing only when you have a plugin uninstalled when it should be installed, so instead of the code, it will display the element from that plugin.
So it is not an error.

Please check this website it is automatically refreshing when I activate plugin tag div cloud library its continuously automatically refreshing itself and when I disable the tag div cloud library plugin it stops refreshing by itself but then I get error on website
