Hello,

I recommend you install the magazine pro prebuilt website -> https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper_magazine_pro/ to have the cloud templates, also, you can import the cloud template and assign them.
You can use a Single Post Template -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/cloud-library-templates/ Also, make sure you don’t have a plugin conflict.

Seems you have set a custom code CSS to hide the content -> https://i.imgur.com/sD77Xe3.png
please check the live CSS and the custom code CSS from Theme Panel -> Custom code -> custom CSS
