Dear Team,
is it possible to integrate the video shortcode into the video template (post format video) from the theme into the php file? If so, how could you do it?

Hi,
Unfortunately, the theme has not been tested with this such a video shortcode, sorry! You need to simply insert the video at the Featured Video format from the post edit section if you want to have a video post.
