For some reason the homepage of my site http://www.patchofearth.com has the correct font in the navbar: http://www.patchofearth.com/
When you go to read post, that navbar font change to a font I don’t want: http://www.patchofearth.com/food/travis-recipes/creamy-italian-bechamel-sauce-lasagna-pasta/
Is this something I need to correct in the Theme Panel?

I have checked your website and I saw the problem with the fonts and also, I have noticed that you are using a lot of untested plugins which interact with the theme and could cause some unknown issues. Please try to disable all the active plugins, leave just Visual Composer to active, clear all cache and install only the plugins that come bundled with our theme and rule out the conflicting plugins.
