i am trying to be accepted into the google adsense program for the past week but i was declined because of “Site down or unavailable” error. Because of that i started using https://adsenseaudit.net in order to fix any errors i didn’t knew i had. I have fixed all errors it find expect one, the “Navigation not detected”. Below the full error:
I have checked the code and indeed the menus are in a <div> block and not in a <nav>. Does anyone know if this will matter for the Adsense acceptance? If yes does anyone know how to solve this?

But I don’t think that it’s the reason why the Adsense issue happens. My suggestion is to check the Adsense forums -> https://support.google.com/adsense/community?hl=en Create a topic there and post the website link, the Adsense community experts are much more qualified to check what could be the issue.

thank you for your advice. Unfortunately the role navigation did not work. adesenseaudit says that it needs to be a <nav>. There were more errors in the report but fix all of them. This is the last one.
I have already posted in the adsense forum about the denial of my application but they just marked it as duplicate and they redirected me to their general troubleshooting guide. Which is very generic and not helpful at all.
