Need a bit of help understanding what these are

Hi,

In my Newsmag folder I found these two things, I dont want to miss out of anything with this theme so are these two important? and how do I use them?

1. patch_2.3.6_2.3.7 what is this? and how do I use this.

2. Newsmag child Again I have no idea what this is and how I use it.

Hi

patch_2.3.6_2.3.7 folder contains all modified files from v 2.3.6 to 2.3.7 Usually patch folder contains the modified files from one version to another.
