hi,
i paid Regular License for newspaper theme. but i need the same theme one more for another web site. what can i do? do i have to buy one more for Regular License?

Yup, the license you get is for one website only.

Sorry but there is no license for unlimited number of sites. The standard envato license specifies that you can only use a single theme copy on a single end product: https://themeforest.net/licenses/standard
The discounts are added for all the users at opnce as envato manages sales and we cannot make any personal offers.
