Hi,
Indeed there seem to be many javascript errors in Chrome, while on Firefox everything works properly from what I can see. If it works on a default WordPress theme, that would suggest there is a conflict of some kind between the theme and those plugins.
Unfortunately we have not made any tests with such plugins, so I would not know why that is happening or that a solution would be. I believe there are other topics mentioning conflicts between those plugins and the theme, they seem to be incompatible.
Then the plugin is not compatible with the theme, that would explain the multiple errors on the page. It is interfering with the theme javascript at some level.
Not all plugins are compatible with premium themes, these contain custom code that does not take into account compatibility with various plugins.
This is the case with all premium themes. Some plugins work with some themes, others do not. Unfortunately there is nothing we could do in case of plugin incompatibility with the theme. We are very sorry for the inconvenience.
Hi,
I have the exact same problem. It works in Firefox but not in Chrome. http://tipicaweb.com/clientes/ddh/bienvenidos/
I’ve deactivated all plugins except for WPBakery Visual Composer and the theme, but that did not resolve the issue. I also tried to update the WPBakery Visual Composer to the last version 5.4.7, but is the same. Can you help me please?
Unfortunately since the plugin is not tested, there could be issues with the compatibility between the plugin and our theme. As Simion mentioned, our theme is not compatible with every plugin out there. The only tested and recommended plugins we can assure work 100% with our theme are found in the theme plugins section: https://www.screencast.com/t/Bsboo8gmJRg
Anything beyond this list is not tested and not covered by the theme support.
Thank you for understanding.
