how to activate wp backery plugin?
it needs license to work further.
Is it okay to not enter license after purchasing theme

Hi keyurgadher,
Is no need to activate the WPBakery Page Builder plugin is and Bundled Plugin in our theme not a standalone plugin ( you do not need a licence to use the version that comes with our theme ), please check the envato documentation for those plugins

Unfortunately in the latest version of the theme is possible to be some issues if the tagDiv Composer and WPBakery are activated.
We recommend to use tagDiv Composer, the theme builder.
