I would like to create slide for video like yours demo:

And list video post like this:
http://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper/category/video/
I create video post by add youtube link:
http://tinnongonline.net/?cat=14
But from homepage (http://tinnongonline.net), in “VIDEO HÀI HƯỚC” category, no thumbnail is display. In addition, it also create blank image in image slide bar on Homepage.
Please help me to create like what you demo.

I believe you refer to this slide: http://screencast.com/t/weVGusai You can add this to your sidebar from appearance > widgets, just add the slide widget to the sidebar you want, like this: http://screencast.com/t/8PA6o8djlHv
For a list like this you need to go to theme panel > categories, then select the category you want to customize and set the layout to module 6, like this: http://screencast.com/t/DcbxIJ5R31
Please make sure you add the video link and set the post right, like this: http://screencast.com/t/c58uQDv4WrA
