Need to be able to use HTML in post author bio

Hi.
We need to enter some HTML (links, etc.) in our users’ (authors) bios. We’ve tried a couple of plugins, but none work for okobserver.org.
Can you please assist?

Please note that all the information for authors come from the wordpress function which can be found in the Dashboard – Users. You will have to contact wordpress support for this matter.

We’re using plugin WP HTML Author Bio, but it’s not working with the Newspaper theme. There is no HTML or rich text editor for the users bio.

Can you recommend a compatible plugin that will work with the Newspaper theme?

I think I figured this out. I’m using plugin ‘Code Snippets’ to allow HTML in the bio.
