Need to change Column Displaying Order in Mobile Version

Hi can you please tell how can i change Column Displaying Order in Mobile Version. Please check this link https://perennial360.com/news/niagara-becomes-winter-wonderland-in-pics/322/ in mobile version, i used theme template with 3 columns, but in mobile version Related stories Section came before post section. I need to display Related stories Section after post section.

You need to have this setting on the row in the mobile version: https://prnt.sc/3FuBqrIGqSMr and then you need to complete the order on every column: https://www.screencast.com/t/DLGDfPXzVA8
