I would like to make changes to the header or use the mobile header for screens that are smaller than laptops, like iPads.

You can make change for different viewports, selected it with tagDiv Composer, like in this video for mobile responsive version and mobile page => https://we.tl/t-ksbIKMzbdU, if you use mobile theme plugin you can’t do changes to redesign it.

In the video, you are only showing that we have different options to see our website in tablet mode and mobile mode.
I want to know if there are any settings that I can apply which take effect only for tablets.
Currently if we implement any change for desktop it is reflected for tab as well.
